Tell us what you are building.
Fill in the form and we will reply with honest next steps, usually the same day. If a 30-minute call is easier, say so and we will send you times.
What happens on the call
Thirty minutes, and no slides.
It runs the same way every time. You do not need to prepare anything, and you do not need to bring a deck.
Worth having to hand
- A link to whatever exists today, if anything does
- A screenshot of the thing that annoys you most
- Your AWS bill, if you have one
None of it is required. Plenty of these calls start from a blank page.
0-10 min
You describe it, we ask questions
What exists today, what is not working, and what has a date attached to it. We will interrupt with questions - that is the useful part, and it is why the first ten minutes are not a pitch.
10-20 min
We say what we would do
The shape of the build, what the first two weeks look like, and the thing we would deliberately not build yet. If there is a cheaper way to get you the same outcome, that is what we will suggest.
20-27 min
You get a number
A range, the assumptions it rests on, and what would move it up or down. Sent in writing afterwards, not read out and left there.
27-30 min
Either way, you keep the notes
We send a written summary, including the parts where we said we were the wrong fit. You can forward it to another developer and they will find it useful.
No one from a sales team joins, because there is not one. If it is obvious in the first ten minutes that we are wrong for this, we will say so then rather than at the end of the half hour.
